• Images will be stored as Base64 data on our servers for regeneration purposes
• Storage is maintained on an account-by-account basis
• Images may be accessible to other users as part of the public gallery
Studio Anime is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to:
• Upload original images for AI enhancement and transformation
• Generate new images using artificial intelligence algorithms
• Access and download generated content
• Purchase tokens for premium features and extended usage
As a user of Studio Anime, you agree to:
• Only upload images that you have rights to make publicly available
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Understand that uploaded content will be stored as Base64 data for regeneration purposes
• Accept that uploaded images will be publicly accessible
• Accept responsibility for any content you upload or generate
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures or policies
Studio Anime operates on a token-based system for image generation services:
• Tokens are required for image generation requests
• Token purchases are final and non-refundable
• Tokens do not expire but may be subject to account limitations
• Pricing is subject to change with notice
• Failed generations may still consume tokens
Regarding intellectual property and generated content:
• Studio Anime retains rights to its technology and algorithms
• Generated images remain associated with your account
• You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes
• Studio Anime may use uploaded/generated content for service improvement
• Images are stored as Base64 data for technical regeneration purposes
You may not use Studio Anime to:
• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
• Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
• Circumvent our security measures or usage limitations

Studio Anime utilizes third-party AI services including OpenAI for image generation. You acknowledge and agree that:
• You are solely responsible for any inappropriate or harmful content you attempt to generate
• Studio Anime is not responsible for any restrictions, penalties, or actions taken by OpenAI or other AI providers
• You bear full responsibility for compliance with OpenAI's usage policies and terms
• Studio Anime disclaims all liability for third-party AI service responses or restrictions
Any issues, restrictions, or account actions taken by OpenAI or other AI service providers due to your content or usage are entirely your responsibility. Studio Anime provides access to these services but does not control their policies, responses, or actions regarding your content.
Studio Anime is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, successful image generation, or specific quality results. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.
Studio Anime shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and access to stored content may be restricted.
